The price in a carrier's offer covers your transfer: the vehicle, the driver and up to 60 minutes of free waiting at airport pickups. Most carriers include road tolls in that price too. TransferBnB adds a service fee and the VAT on that fee at checkout, and you see the full total before you pay.

Yes. Free cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup. For pickups on peak dates - the last Saturday of December, the first Saturday of January, and the first three Saturdays of February - the free cancellation window extends to 72 hours before pickup. Cancellations inside those windows are non-refundable.
