When you book a transfer through our Platform, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, flight or ferry numbers (if provided), number of passengers, and any special requests you include with your booking.

When you make a payment, your payment details are processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

3.2 Partner Data

When you register as a Partner, we collect: your name, business name and registration number, contact details, vehicle information, driver licence details, and financial information necessary for payouts. Additional identity verification is conducted through Stripe as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

3.3 Automatically Collected Data

When you visit our Platform, we automatically collect: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referral source. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to: process and manage bookings, facilitate communication between Clients and Partners, process payments and payouts, send booking confirmations and service updates, verify Partner identity and eligibility, improve our Platform and services, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.

We will not use your data for purposes other than those described above without your consent, unless required by law.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

To fulfil your booking, we share relevant booking details (pickup location, time, passenger name, and contact number) with the Partner assigned to your transfer. Partners only receive the minimum information necessary to complete the service.

We also share data with: Stripe (payment processing and Partner verification), email and SMS service providers (booking notifications), and analytics providers (Platform usage analysis). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. Booking records are retained for the duration required by applicable tax and accounting legislation (typically 5 years). Client account data is retained for as long as your account remains active and for 12 months after deletion. Partner data is retained for the duration of the partnership and for the period required by law following termination.
