What's included in the price?
The price in a carrier's offer covers your transfer: the vehicle, the driver and up to 60 minutes of free waiting at airport pickups. Most carriers include road tolls in that price too. TransferBnB adds a service fee and the VAT on that fee at checkout, and you see the full total before you pay.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
How do I know my carrier is reliable?
Every carrier is verified before they can accept bookings. You can see their rating, reviews, completed trips, and vehicle photos before you choose.
Do carriers include tolls and road fees in the price?
Most carriers include tolls in their quoted price - you'll see what's covered in each offer before you confirm. On cross-border routes like Geneva to Chamonix or Munich to Salzburg, motorway tolls and vignette fees are typically part of the offer. Check the offer details to confirm.
Can I book a transfer for a group with ski equipment?
Yes. When you enter your route and passenger count, carriers with suitable vehicles will send offers - including minivans and minibuses for groups of 4 to 16. Add a note about ski equipment when booking so carriers can confirm boot bags, skis, and boards fit in the vehicle.
Is a private transfer cheaper than an airport taxi?
For solo travellers, it depends on the route - private transfers are often comparable to a taxi. For groups of 3 or more, a private transfer is almost always cheaper per person. You also get a fixed price at booking, no surge risk, and 60 minutes of free waiting if your flight is delayed - airport taxis offer none of that.
