Private transfers for your clients, booked in one place
Your client lands in Munich, Geneva or Naples and needs a car to the hotel or chalet. Post the trip once, compare offers from verified local carriers, and book the one that fits.
For anyone who arranges the ride for someone else

Hotel and chalet concierges
Your guest asks for a car to the airport at 5 in the morning. Book it, and the driver details come to you.
Assistants and event planners
Executives, speakers, wedding guests: several arrivals, one account, every booking in one list.
Book for a client today
Post the trip
Pickup, drop-off, date, flight number, passengers, luggage and child seats.
Compare offers
Verified local carriers send offers with the vehicle, their rating and the price. You choose.
Pay and hand over
You pay by card on TransferBnB and stay the carrier's contact in the booking chat, so flight changes come to you.
No agent account is needed for this. Any TransferBnB account can book a transfer for someone else.
Coming with the agent account
Your client as the passenger
Add the traveler's name and phone, and the driver meets them by name. They get the booking and driver emails, with no price on them.
All client bookings in one list
Every trip you booked, by traveler, with its status and what it earned you.
Commission on every completed trip
You earn on the trips you book, the same way affiliates earn on the trips they send.
A payment link for your client
Choose the offer, send your client a link, and they pay by card. You can add your own service fee on top, shown to the client as one total.
Who pays whom
The carrier is always paid the price they quoted, whatever you charge your client. The ride itself is between your client and the carrier, and you arrange it for them. With a payment link, any service fee you add is yours: the carrier never sees it, and your client sees one total. The agent terms, published when the account opens, set this out in full, including cancellations and refunds.
Where your clients are going
TransferBnB has route pages from the main airports into the Alps, Italy and across Europe: Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck into the Austrian resorts, Geneva and Zurich into Switzerland and the French Alps, Naples to the Amalfi Coast, Florence and Pisa into Tuscany. Each page shows the drive time and a "from" price, so your client gets a driver who knows the road.
Questions from travel agents
Can travel agents book transfers on TransferBnB?
Yes, today, with a normal account. You post the trip, choose an offer and pay, and the carrier deals with you. The agent account adds traveler details, commission and payment links for your clients.
Can my client pay directly instead of me?
That is what the payment link in the agent account is for: you choose the offer and your client pays by card from the link. Until then, you pay and bill your client yourself.
Can I add my own fee?
With the agent account, yes. You set your fee on the payment link, your client sees one total, and the fee is paid out to you. The carrier's price does not change.
Will my client see what I paid?
No. The booking and driver emails your client receives carry no price.
Who is responsible for the ride?
The carrier who accepted the booking drives it, and the ride is between your client and that carrier. You arrange it, and TransferBnB handles the booking, the payment and the carrier's payout.
What if I sell the transfer together with a hotel?
Selling a transfer and accommodation together as one trip can make you the organizer of a package under EU package travel rules. That is yours to manage, and the agent terms say so.
Which countries do you cover?
Europe, with route pages for the main airports into the Alps, Italy, France, Spain and Germany. See all airports.
I only want to recommend TransferBnB, not book.
