The price you see at booking is the price you pay, with motorway tolls and airport fees included.
Are motorway tolls included in the price in France?
Yes. France runs a large tolled autoroute network - including the A8 La Provençale along the Riviera and the A1 north of Paris - and where your route uses a péage, the toll is already built into the fixed price quoted at booking. There are no surprise road charges added at the end of the trip; the price you are shown already accounts for whichever roads your carrier uses.
Can I book a transfer between French cities, not just from the airport?
Yes. As well as airport pickups, you can book city-to-city and resort-to-resort transfers - for example Cannes to Monaco, Antibes to Nice, or a cross-border run from Geneva Airport to Chamonix in the Alps. What happens to my France transfer if my flight is delayed?
Your carrier tracks your flight using the flight number you provide at booking and adjusts the pickup time automatically. There is no charge for a delay and no need to call ahead. The driver waits in arrivals and reschedules around the actual landing time, including for early or diverted arrivals.
What is the cancellation policy for transfers in France?
Standard bookings can be cancelled free of charge more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. For peak date travel - the last Saturday of December, the first Saturday of January, and the first three Saturdays of February - the free cancellation window extends to 72 hours before pickup.
